    This project researches and identifies environmentally friendly fluorocarbons The key technical performance of surfactants has broken foreign technical barriers, and successfully developed a PFOS (persistent organic pollutant)-free fluorocarbon surfactant based on domestic raw materials with completely independent intellectual property rights, which has innovated the compounding of surfactants. The fire-extinguishing performance and anti-burning performance of the produced environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent have reached the international leading level, and a number of invention patents have been formed. The project has also developed a rapid test method for trace PFOS substances in foam fire extinguishing agents and has formed a fire rescue industry standard. The achievement has been promoted and tried out in 5 provincial fire rescue corps including Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hunan, etc. Hunan and Hebei have been applied in actual fire fighting with good effect.
